By registering an account or using any part of the w333 platform at w333.click, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you should not create an account or use the platform. These Terms apply to all players accessing w333 from Pakistan.
1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the w333 platform — whether through a browser, mobile device, or any other method — you enter into a legally binding agreement with w333. This agreement consists of these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific rules attached to individual games, promotions, or competitions offered on the platform.
Your agreement with w333 begins from the moment you complete the registration process. If you use the platform without registering (for example, by viewing the site), certain parts of these Terms still apply to your use.
w333 reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the w333 platform after a revision is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify players of significant changes via email or platform notification.
Plain English version: Using w333 means you agree to these rules. If the rules change, we'll tell you — and if you keep playing, you're agreeing to the new rules.
2Eligibility
To register and use w333, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. w333 does not permit gaming by minors under any circumstances.
- You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming in your jurisdiction. w333 does not make representations about the legality of online gaming in specific jurisdictions — it is your responsibility to confirm that your participation is lawful.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of w333 or any of its affiliates, game providers, or technology partners.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion you have placed on your own w333 account.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
Age verification: w333 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. If age cannot be verified, the account will be suspended and no withdrawals will be processed until verification is complete. Any winnings generated during a period where the player was underage will be forfeited.
3Account Registration
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one w333 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.
When registering your w333 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your real name, date of birth, valid contact number, and a reachable email address. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
- Your username and password are your responsibility. Do not share them with anyone.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact w333 support immediately at support@w333.click.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account, whether or not that activity was authorised by you.
- w333 will communicate with you through the contact details provided at registration. Keep these up to date.
- Account ownership is non-transferable. You cannot sell, transfer, or assign your w333 account to another person.
w333 reserves the right to verify your identity at any point. Verification may require submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or other documents as requested. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable period may be restricted or closed.
4Deposits and Payments
All transactions on w333 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not accept foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion to player accounts. Your wallet balance, deposits, and winnings are all denominated in PKR at all times.
w333 accepts deposits through the following payment methods available in Pakistan:
- Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
- JazzCash (mobile wallet)
- NayaPay (digital wallet)
- SadaPay (digital wallet)
- IBFT bank transfer (any Pakistani bank)
- Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by w333 at the platform level, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
w333 does not charge any fee on deposits. Any transaction charges levied by your payment provider are outside w333's control and are the responsibility of the player. Deposits are credited to your w333 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider — typically within 60 seconds for Easypaisa and JazzCash.
Important: Only deposit funds that belong to you. w333 does not accept third-party payments. If a deposit is found to have been made using another person's payment account, the deposit will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
5Withdrawals
You may request a withdrawal of your available w333 balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
- Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. w333 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
- If your account balance includes a bonus amount, the wagering requirements attached to that bonus must be met before the bonus-derived funds are eligible for withdrawal.
- Funds deposited via a specific payment method should, where possible, be withdrawn to the same method (return-to-source policy). This is particularly applicable to card deposits.
w333's target processing time for Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals is under 3 minutes from request submission. IBFT bank transfers are processed on the same business day for requests submitted during banking hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM PKT). Card withdrawals may take up to 3–5 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule.
Fraud prevention: w333 reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or large amounts. These checks are in place to protect players and the platform from fraud. Withdrawals will be held during the verification period.
6Bonuses and Promotions
w333 offers various bonuses and promotions to players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, referral bonuses, and tournament prize pools. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms in addition to the general Terms set out here.
General bonus rules that apply to all w333 promotions unless otherwise stated:
- Bonuses are intended for the personal use of the account holder only. Sharing bonus codes or attempting to claim a bonus through multiple accounts is prohibited.
- Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for w333 bonuses is 1x the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
- w333 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time. If a bonus is withdrawn before you have met the wagering requirement, any remaining bonus funds will be removed but your real-money balance will be unaffected.
- Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited automatically.
- Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
- Free bets and free spins have a monetary value capped as stated in the specific promotion terms.
The w333 Refer a Friend bonus pays you a PKR cash reward when a friend you refer registers and makes a qualifying first deposit. Referral bonuses are credited to your wallet automatically and are subject to a 1x wagering requirement before withdrawal. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and referrals involving household members sharing a payment method do not qualify.
7Gaming Rules
Each game available on w333 — including but not limited to cricket betting, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, crash games, virtual sports, and casino games — is subject to its own game-specific rules in addition to these general Terms. Game rules are displayed within each game interface.
- Bets placed and confirmed through the w333 platform are binding. Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be cancelled or changed by the player.
- In the event of a technical fault during a game or betting event, w333 reserves the right to declare bets void and return stakes to player wallets.
- For live sports betting, if a sporting event is suspended, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and event type. These rules are available in the betting interface.
- w333 uses certified random number generation (RNG) for applicable games. Live dealer games use physical cards and real equipment verified by independent audit.
- Any attempt to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any w333 game will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated winnings.
- w333 reserves the right to limit bet sizes on individual events or for individual accounts at its discretion.
Dispute resolution: If you believe a game result is incorrect, contact w333 support within 72 hours of the event with your account details and the relevant game or bet reference number. Disputes raised after 72 hours may not be investigated.
8Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the w333 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
- Registering more than one account or assisting another person to register a duplicate account.
- Using another person's payment account, identity documents, or personal information to register or fund a w333 account.
- Colluding with other players in any game, tournament, or betting market to manipulate outcomes.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games.
- Exploiting bonuses through systematic abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once.
- Attempting to launder money or use w333 for any financial crime or fraudulent purpose.
- Providing false identity information or documentation during verification.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing w333 staff or other players through any communication channel.
- Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
No exceptions: w333 takes prohibited activities seriously. Accounts found in violation will be closed permanently without appeal, and any balance will be forfeited. w333 cooperates with law enforcement and financial crime authorities where required.
9Responsible Gaming
w333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that online gaming should be a form of entertainment and not a source of financial or personal distress. We take our duty of care to players seriously and have built tools and processes to support players who need them.
- Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account dashboard. These take effect immediately and can only be decreased with immediate effect. Increases to limits apply after a 72-hour cooling-off period.
- Loss limits: You can set a maximum loss limit per day, week, or month. Once your limit is reached, you will be unable to place further bets until the period resets.
- Self-exclusion: If you need to take a break, you can request a self-exclusion of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanent. Contact support at support@w333.click to activate. Self-exclusion is applied immediately.
- Reality check reminders: Set time-based reminders that alert you after a set duration of active gaming, helping you stay aware of time spent on the platform.
Players who are self-excluded from w333 must not attempt to re-register or access the platform during their exclusion period. If a self-excluded player is identified attempting to use the platform, their account will be closed and any winnings during that period will be forfeited.

10Privacy and Data
w333 collects, processes, and stores personal data about players in order to operate the platform, verify identities, process payments, and comply with applicable obligations. Full details of how we handle your data are set out in our Privacy Policy.
- By registering, you consent to w333 collecting and processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
- w333 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

- w333 uses industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect player data. However, no system is entirely immune to risk and w333 cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
11Account Suspension and Closure
w333 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period.
- Suspicious activity suggesting fraud, collusion, or financial crime.
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.
- At the player's own request (voluntary closure).
- A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.
In cases where an account is closed for breach of Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — will be forfeited. w333 will retain records of the account and the reasons for closure for audit and compliance purposes.
If you wish to close your w333 account voluntarily, contact support@w333.click. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days of account closure confirmation.
Inactive accounts (no login or transaction for 12 months) may have a small monthly administration fee applied. You will be notified before any fees are deducted. Reactivating your account at any point stops the inactivity fee going forward.
12Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, w333 limits its liability to players as follows:
- w333 is not liable for any losses arising from a player's participation in games or betting, including winnings that do not materialise due to technical failure if the technical failure is beyond w333's reasonable control.
- w333 is not responsible for losses caused by interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside w333's control (including internet service provider failures, government actions, or natural events).
- w333 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability.
- In all cases, w333's maximum liability to any individual player in connection with any single event or claim is limited to the amount deposited by that player in connection with the specific bet or game session in question.
Nothing in these Terms limits w333's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
13Changes to These Terms
w333 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — w333 will provide advance notice via email to your registered address and/or a notification within the platform.
If you do not agree with a revised version of the Terms, you should stop using the w333 platform and request account closure. Continued use of the platform after a revision has been notified or posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
